Forum Energy Plc21 March 2007 21 March 2007 Forum Energy Plc (the "Company") Notifiable Interests The Company announces that it received notification on 9 March 2007 that on 7March 2007: • Fidelity International Limited ("FIL"), including its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being a non-beneficial holder had an interest of 69,330 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire holding of FIL in the share capital of the Company. • FMR Corporation ("FMR"), being a non-beneficial holder, had an interest of 800,270 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 2.79% of the issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire holding of FMR in the share capital of the Company. On 13 December 2006 the Company announced that: • FIL had an interest of 83,330 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company. • FMR had an interest of 961,270 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.37% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company also announces that it received notification on 15 March 2007 that,further to the implementation of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, MorganStanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") was interested in 915,000 ordinary shares of10p each in the Company, representing 3.19% of the issued share capital of theCompany. On 10 March 2006 the Company announced that MSSL had an interest in 830,000ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 3.05% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
