The Company was notified on 1 December 2010 that, following a disposal of Ordinary Shares, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited indirectly holds 15,480,020 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent number of voting rights) which represent approximately 20.97% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
