The Company has received notification that following a purchase of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 October 2016, Mark Jackson, through his wholly owned companies, Ventura Finance Limited ("Ventura") and Quetzal Securities Limited ("Quetzal"), which hold 7,762,570 and 10,750,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, now holds a beneficial interest over 18,512,570 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.16% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights.
