Helphire Group PLC19 October 2007 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Trustee Share Dealing The board of the Company received notification on 19th October 2007 that SanneTrust Company Limited, trustee of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust("Trust") bought 477,909 (0.35% of current issued shares) ordinary 5p shares inthe Company at £3.697 on 18th October 2007. Following this announcement the Trust now has a non-beneficial interest in920,633 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.67 per cent of thecurrent shares in issue.
