Notification of Change in Shareholding in OJSC TransContainer
On 27 January 2012, OJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer") (TRCN) was notified of the acquisition by HALIMEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (subsidiary of FESCO) of 6% of TransContainer's ordinary shares in the form of Global Depository Receipts on 28 December 2011, as a result of which HALIMEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED held 18,5% of TransContainer's share capital as of 28 December 2011.
