The Company was notified today by Charles Marshall, that, on 14 September 2009, he sold 230,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Charles holds 2,891,714 Ordinary Shares representing 12.4 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
