Plutus PowerGen PLC (AIM: PPG), the AIM listed power company focused on the development and operation of flexible energy generation projects in the UK, announces that it was informed on 24 July 2019 that T R Edwards has a beneficial interest in a total of 47,928,678 ordinary shares in the Company representing a 5.49% interest in the current issued share capital of the Company.
The increased shareholding of T R Edwards is as a result of the issue of 36,363,636 Debt Conversion Shares (as defined in the announcement released on 16 July 2019).
