Holdings in Company
The Company has been informed that, throughout the 17th and 18th October 2011, Mr. Roy Stanley acquired 680,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 3.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital currently trading on AIM.
Mr. Stanley is now interested in 896,500 Ordinary Shares representing 5.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital currently trading on AIM.
