Celsis International PLC07 March 2006 Celsis International plc ("the Company") Holding in Company Celsis International Plc announces that it received notification on 7th March2006 that, as at 6th March 2006, Fidelity International Limited and its directand indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders ("Fidelity International"), no longer hold a notifiable interest in the Company's shares. As at 6thMarch 2006, Fidelity International holds 615,988 ordinary shares in the Company,which represents approximately 2.74 percent of the issued share capital of theCompany.
