Source BioScience plc announces that on 19 March 2008 the Company received notification that Texas Holdings Limited increased its shareholding above 5% by the acquisition of a further 2,513,760 ordinary shares of 2 pence each, representing 1.23% of the issued share capital.

Following this notification Texas Holdings Limited hold 11,070,418 ordinary shares of 2 pence each representing 5.43% of the issued share capital.

Laurie Turnbull, Executive Chairman of Source BioScience, is also Non-executive Chairman of Texas Holdings Limited.
