In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Prudential PLC Group of Companies that they have sold 939,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") and now have a holding of 4,814,039 Shares, representing approximately 11.5% of Bioquell's issued ordinary Share capital.
