Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 12 February 2009 that as at 11 February 2009 it held voting rights in respect of 22,128,854 shares of Bodycote plc representing 11.81% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued share capital (previously 12.79% on 9 February 2009).
