In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Prudential PLC Group of Companies ("Prudential") that they have sold 28,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") and now have a holding of 4,167,514 Shares, representing approximately 9.9% of Bioquell's issued ordinary Share capital.
