Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 7th December 2007 that following a transaction on 6th December 2007 Deutsche Bank has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 32,855,943 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 5.01% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
