In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Henderson Global Investors that they have purchased Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") and now have a holding of 2,096,500 Shares, representing approximately 5.02% of Bioquell's issued ordinary share capital.
