TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 5 May 2009 from Standard Life Investments Limited in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. A disposal of shares on 1 May 2009 gives a total interest of 10,294,885 ordinary shares representing 7.81% of the issued share capital of the Company. The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are effectively held is Standard Life Investments Limited.
