Canterbury Foods Group PLC06 May 2005 Canterbury Foods Group plc ("the Company") 6 May 2005 Notification of Interest By a letter dated 20th April 2005 the Company was informed by M&G InvestmentManagement Limited that Prudential Plc and certain of its subsidiary companieshave a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of 10p each ("OrdinaryShares") of the Company of 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 12.16% ofthe issued share capital of the Company. Further to this, by a letter dated 21st April 2005 the Company was informed by M&G Investment Management Limited that Prudential Plc and certain of itssubsidiary companies no longer have a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Sharesof the Company.
