Notification of Major Interest in Shares

Lombard Risk Management (AIM: LRM.L), a leading provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services industry, has today received a TR1 notification from Mr John Wisbey.

The Company's 2015 Annual Report and Accounts stated that on 20 May 2015 Mr Wisbey's shareholding was 100,627,617 ordinary shares. This comprised of 77,939,562 ordinary shares owned directly by Mr Wisbey plus a further indirect holding of 22,688,055 ordinary shares.

The TR1 disclosure received earlier today confirmed that Mr Wisbey's aggregate holding is now 98,252,617 ordinary shares which represents approximately 32.21% of the Company's total voting rights. Mr Wisbey's holding comprises of a direct shareholding of 76,120,117 ordinary shares, representing approximately 24.95% of the total voting rights, and 22,132,500 ordinary shares held indirectly, which represent approximately 7.26% of the total voting rights.
