Tribal Group PLC07 December 2005 On 6 December 2005, Abacus Corporate Trustee Limited, the trustees of TribalGroup's Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust") purchased 209,062 ordinary5p shares on behalf of the Trust at 190p per share. The total number of shares held by the Trust is 679,062, representing 0.88% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares were purchased by the Trust to satisfy in due course and, ifappropriate, grant awards under the Company's previously announced Share OptionPlans and Save As You Earn (SAYE) Plan. As the Trust's shares may ultimatelyvest in executive directors and senior executives, all directors and PersonsDischarging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) in the Company are treated asinterested in transactions by the Trust.
