Oxford Instruments plc has been notified by Legal & General Group Plc that Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited (PMC) has an interest in 2,007,162 Ordinary Shares of 5p each which, represents 4.06% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights are also 2,007,162.
