In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") announces that it has been informed by Oryx International Growth Fund Limited that it has purchased Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") such that its holding currently comprises 1,302,500 Shares, representing approximately 3.1% of Bioquell's issued ordinary share capital.
