Notification of 2012 Share Purchase

Further to the statements in the Company's interim results announcement, the Company has been informed by BECAP12 GP Limited, the general partner of BECAP12 GP LP itself the general partner BECAP12 Fund LP (the "2012 Fund") that it has purchased 14.35 million 2012 Cell Shares in the market at a weighted average gross price of 42.1 pence per share.

The recent purchase, together with existing holding, provides the 2012 Fund with an aggregate holding of 5.07 per cent. in the 2012 Cell Shares.
