Corporate Synergy Group PLC01 December 2006 1 December 2006 Corporate Synergy Group plc (the "Company") Holding in Company Corporate Synergy Group plc received notification yesterday, pursuant to section198 of the Companies Act 1985, that on 29 November 2006 Westminster EnterprisesLimited bought 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company. Followingthis purchase Westminster Enterprises Limited holds 5,800,000 sharesrepresenting 4.09 per cent. of the issued share capital. The Company was also notified yesterday that on 29 November 2006 Albany Capitalplc bought 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company. Following thispurchase Albany Capital plc holds 5,500,000 shares representing 3.87 per cent.of the issued share capital.
