Further to the announcement of 14 June 2010 of the International Finance Corporation's investment (IFC) in the Company, Nyota has received an initial notice of substantial interest (ASIC Form 603) from IFC confirming that it holds 29,749,327 ordinary shares representing approximately 10 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
