The Company announces, following notification received on Friday 17 July 2009, that following the recent placing of 7,750,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Cinpart, Mr Stephen Coomes, a director of Active Energy Limited, the Company's 65 per cent. subsidiary, now holds a total of 2,789,655 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 3.66 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
