Workspace Group PLC20 June 2006 Workspace Group PLC ("the Company") The Company has been advised today that the Trustees of the Company's ExecutiveShare Option Trust ("ESOT") purchased 164,788 ordinary shares on 19 June 2006,at a price of 345p per share. The shares will be held by the Trustees and are intended to be used at a latertime to meet any matching requirements imposed in accordance with the rules ofthe group's Long Term Incentive Plan.
