Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, received notification on 15 July 2013 that Anthony McKay is interested in 4,490,531 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following a disposal of Ordinary Shares. Mr McKay's holding represents 3.73% of Netcall's total voting rights.
