ASOS PLC03 March 2006 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") Holding in Company ASOS was advised on 3 March 2006 that Fidelity International Limited, and itsdirect and indirect subsidiaries, have acquired a further 705,776 ordinaryshares in the Company and now hold a total of 10,125,294 ordinary shares, whichrepresent approximately 14.11 per cent. of the entire issued share capital ofthe Company.
