TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on

1 November 2011 that on 28 October 2011, The Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund (the "Dynamic Fund") were interested in 14,902,818 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 6.40% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 7% threshold from 20,035,408 Shares.

We are informed that the total holding of Blackrock Inc, (including the Dynamic Fund) is, as at 28 October 2011, 21,193,549 Shares representing an indirect holding of 9.11%.
