Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 12 January 2009 that following a transaction on 7 January 2009 Barclays PLC has notifiable interest in 5.05% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
