The Company announces that on 2 October 2014, Euan Cooper-Willis transferred 221,538 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by him to the Ymddiriedolaeth Susan Williams-Ellis Foundation. Following the transaction Euan Cooper-Willis holds 664,612 Ordinary Shares representing 6.21% of the issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
