2ergo announces that following a purchase of shares into treasury by the Company it was informed on 3 December 2008 that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have a beneficial interest in 3,933,300 ordinary shares, representing 13.16% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,864,580 (12.93%) of these shares are held directly and 68,720 (0.23%) are held indirectly.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 29,883,838.
