ViaLogy PLC05 December 2006 ViaLogy plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company ViaLogy plc announces that it was notified today that on 4 December 2006: •Artemis Management Services Limited, a company controlled by Mr. and Mrs. James Slater and wholly owned by Mr. and Mrs. Slater and members of their immediate family, has acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); •Gladerange Executive Pension Scheme, in which Mr. James Slater has a beneficial interest, acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares; and •Mr Christopher Slater has ceased to have a notifiable interest in Ordinary Shares and remains interested in 11,585,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
