TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today from Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Lloyds") under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of an acquistion of voting rights on 4 November 2009 such that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Limited ("Scottish Widows") had at that date an interest in 15,150,733 (6.541%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").
The interest is made up of a direct interest over 355,125 (0.153%) Shares and an indirect interest over 14,795,608 (6.388%) Shares.
Scottish Widows is a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Widows Group Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Bank plc ("Lloyds TSB"). Lloyds TSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc
