Holding in Company
The Company was advised today that Mr Mark Jackson now holds an interest of 3,150,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 6.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Jackson's holding has been increased through Ventura Finance Limited which is beneficially owned by Mr Jackson:
Ventura Finance Limited | 2,650,000 ordinary shares |
Quetzal Securities Limited | 500,000 ordinary shares |
