The Company was notified on 13 May 2009 that Credit Suisse Client Nominees UK Ltd and Vidacos Nominees Limited, being funds under the discretionary management of Laxey Partners ltd, hold 30,293,025 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 5.91% of the Company's current issued capital (with voting rights).
