The Company has today been informed that Simon Denham sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 1 December 2014. Following this transaction, Simon Denham remains interested in 2,376,053 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.26 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
