The Company was notified on 25th February 2013 by James Dickson, CEO of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 65,000 ordinary shares, 37,000 at 99.2p each and 28,000 shares at 100.00p each on 22nd February 2013, taking his total voting interests to 4,287,219 ordinary shares representing 15.41% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
