Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement") has received notification from Firebird Advisors Ltd, Firebird Management LLC and Firebird Avrora Advisors LLC that the funds under their management, Firebird Fund L.P., Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd and Firebird Republics Fund Ltd, have increased their interests in Steppe Cement to 11,768,162 ordinary shares, being 5.37% of the issued share capital of Steppe Cement.
