The Company was informed on 25 September 2009 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares on 24 September 2009, Hargreave Hale Limited holds 89,150,000 ordinary shares on behalf of discretionary clients which represents approximately 12.9755% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
