Thursday 8 July 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 7 July 2010 that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC ("Franklin") now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 19,456,563 ordinary shares representing approximately 16.22% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 7 July 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
