The Company was notified on 13 December 2010 that Noble Investments (UK) PLC has made market purchases of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 December 2010 at a price of 8.75 pence each. Following these purchases, Noble Investments (UK) PLC has an interest in 13,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 16.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
