The Company announces, following notification received today, that SF t1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund is now beneficially interested in 3,850,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Cinpart, equivalent to 5.63 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held via Bank of New York Nominees Limited.
