TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 20 October 2009 from Majedie Asset Management Limited, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that, following a transaction on 9 October 2009, it now indirectly holds voting rights in respect of shares representing 5.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
