Thursday 14 October 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 13 October 2010 that The K2 Principal Fund L.P. has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in The K2 Principal Fund L.P. holding a total of 4,333,394 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.61% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 13 October 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
