The Company received notification on 3rd June 2009 that OP-Fund Management Company Ltd., in its capacity as the management company of the following funds mentioned below, has acquired a notifiable interest of 8,587,500 shares, representing 5.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The funds are: OP-Europe Equity Fund, 7,580,000
OP-Climate Fund, 1,007,500
OP-Fund Management Company Ltd. is part of the OP-Pohjola Group www.op.fi
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 155,670,302.
