Bracknell, UK - 13 June 2014: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG) has been informed by Aviva plc & its subsidiaries ("Aviva") that following the announcement by the Company on 5 June 2014 that it would be issuing 5,639,393 additional ordinary 0.3p shares ("Shares") on 6 June 2014 in connection with the acquisition of Biokosmes Srl, Aviva's shareholding of 2,422,018 Shares now represents 8.10% (previously 9.98%) of the total issued share capital of the Company.
