The Company was informed on 7 October 2008 that Insight Investment Management (Global) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS plc, has reduced its interest in the Company by 861,590 ordinary shares of 1p each, taking its interest in the Company to 10,209,423 ordinary shares, representing 20.419% of the issued share capital.
