The Company announces that it has been informed that Redmayne (Nominees) Limited's holding of 13,700,000 Ordinary shares has been reduced to 10,259,809 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 7.4 per cent. of issued share capital of the Company and is now held by JIM Nominees Ltd.
