("Moore Credit"), had an interest in 2,208,000 ordinary sharesof 10p each in the share capital of the Company, representing 7.69% of theissued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire holding of Moore Credit in the share capital of theCompany. On 17 October 2005 the Company announced that Moore Credit had a notifiableinterest in 2,208,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing8.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
